Good Evening / Morning Dynamic Traders

"Better to have tried and failed, than not tried at all"

Good Morning Guys,

It will be Bank Holiday Monday here in the UK by the time most of you read this post. Volatility will not be as high as normal due to the Easter break, despite the markets being open.

Those of you who were questioning their beliefs on Friday, after the markets were wiping your hard earned profits off the table, would have sighed with relief as the markets started to return what they had borrowed once NFP was out of the way.

With the 1st quarter of the year now finished you will have had time to recap your trading and assess where you are at ?

We are still in 31 trades and here is the summary.

AUDCAD Long 2 positions -300pips
AUDUSD Long 2 positions 80 pips
CADCHF Long 2 positions 100 pips
CADJPY Long 2 positions 340 pips
CHFJPY Long 1 position 200 pips
EURAUD Short 3 positions 1400 pips
EURCAD Short 3 positions 1300 pips
EURNZD Short 2 positions -300 pips
EURUSD Short 2 positions 600 pips
GBPAUD Short 2 positions -300 pips
GBPCAD Short 2 positions -240 pips
GBPCHF Short 1 position 500 pips
GBPNZD Short 2 positions -760 pips
NZDCAD Short 1 position 60 pips
NZDJPY Long 2 positions 200pips
NZDUSD Long 1 position 30 pips
USDCAD Short 1 position 450 pips

There you have it, trades are a mixture of medium and long term strategies as taught and discussed in the "Trading Room" 3500 pips to the better and a number of these trades are risk free with profits tied in.

We have plenty of room for improvement and not all trades will provide a profit immediate. Also even the greatest of traders do not call every trade correct.

Have you sat down and mapped out your trades as above and then looked at the charts again to determine if your decision was one you would repeat (Hindsight is a wonderful thing)

I am looking forward to Friday when I get to meet up with the other bloggers in London and hope Bijal makes it, as one of her long term trades is about to hit its limit. Good luck with that one Bijal and Ash.

Please do your own analysis before entering a trade.
